Salon Policies and Procedures

 

Sanitation: Proper sanitation is of utmost importance here at Lavish Nails. All metal implements are sterilized in a hospital grade AUTOCLAVE for a minimum 20 min. and then sealed in a pouch until next use.

Pedicure System: Our pedicure chairs come with a Pipeless Whirlpool System which is the latest in sanitary technology. New pedicure sink liners are the most efficient and sanitary way to deliver a pedicure. Both methods protect our clients from bacteria build up and infections; providing all of us with peace of mind. In addition, we provide a disposable, one time use buffer and file for each client.

Correction Policy: We want our clients to be happy and satisfied with their services. If you are ever dissatisfied with any service in the salon we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within (5) days of the original service*. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know so we can make it right. Our goal is to ensure each service and visit meets your satisfaction.

Appointments: We do operate on a “walk-in” system. But we do encourage our clients to book appointments a few days in advance – in order for us to meet your busy schedule accordingly.

Late Arrivals: Appointments will be held for 10 min., after this grace period the appointment may be given away. Please call us at least an hour in advance if you will be arriving late. If you want to cancel or reschedule, we would appreciate as much advance notice as possible so we can take care of other customers!

Gift cards are non-refundable or exchangeable at any time. Gift cards are non-redeemable if lost or stolen.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS.

Due to safety considerations and limited space, please be courteous to other customers.

Children: Please keep children in the waiting area or they may sit next to you during your service.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are ever dissatisfied with any service in the salon we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectations within (5) days of your original service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with a nail or skin condition that may be contagious, or anyone with an open or infected wound.

*Our Correction Policy applies only to full sets from Lavish Nails. If you received a service from another salon previously, we may suggest a new set. If you decline, our correction policy and (5) day guarantee is inapplicable. This is due to the fact that we cannot guarantee the work of another salon or the quality of their products used. Our guarantee is that you will always receive high quality products and service at Lavish Nails.
